Many of our guests discover serenity and relaxation through nature. Take a walk on one of our many trails, enjoy the blazing light and color show during Autumn or park yourself on a hillside and enjoy some wildlife watching. The turkey, deer, ruffed grouse and occasional bear won't mind - they, too, enjoy the tranquility and peacefulness at Ladore.
Come inside and test your playing skills at billiards, ping-pong, indoor shuffleboard or card playing. How about a game or two of Bocce Ball, Horse Shoes, Basketball, Mini-Golf? Or, go on a bike
ride...you only have 1,400 acres to choose from!
For the snowbirds, the best skiing in Pennsylvania is only 30 minutes away! You have your choice of two top rated mountains,
Montage Mountain and
Elk Mountain. If skiing downhill on two boards is not your idea of having fun, perhaps a slide down our toboggan run is more to your liking? The kids love it and you will too!
Swimming in our heated outdoor ADA accessible pool is a great way to cool off during the dog days of summer. Go for a canoe ride or rig up a fishing pole and head on down to Lake Ladore - take our word for it, you'll find no better fishing in Pennsylvania! It's another one of our best kept secrets (and you might want to keep this one to yourself!).
